Terms & Booking Information
Effective November 6, 2026. This website provides information about BA Executive Rides and a way to request transportation from Barrientos Avalos Executive Service LLC.
Requests are not reservations
Sending an inquiry, opening an email draft, calling, or texting does not by itself confirm a ride. Confirm availability, the itinerary, pickup instructions, and the total quote directly with Oscar before treating a ride as booked.
Pricing and trip details
No fixed rates or instant online booking prices are offered on this site. Ask for the complete quote, including any applicable waiting time, stops, parking, tolls, gratuity, or other charges. Vehicle seating, luggage capacity, and special requests must be confirmed for the specific trip.
Deposits, changes, cancellations, and refunds
This website does not publish a standard deposit, cancellation fee, or refund schedule. Obtain the terms applicable to your specific reservation before committing or paying. If your plans change, contact Oscar promptly and ask how the change affects the arrangements.
Routes, weather, and timing
Destination listings are invitations to inquire, not guarantees of availability. Traffic, weather, closures, venue access, and mountain conditions can affect route feasibility and travel time. Discuss flight timing, stops, and schedule requirements when arranging your trip.
Website imagery and third-party names
The winter lodge hero is an AI-created Aspen-inspired scene based on photos of Oscar’s vehicle, not documentary evidence of a visit to a particular property. The vehicle section includes an original photograph. Venue and destination names do not imply sponsorship or affiliation.
Use of the website
Do not use the site to send unlawful content, interfere with its operation, or impersonate another person. Third-party applications opened by contact links operate under their own terms. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
